Below is some information to help make Registration easier for you this year.

The fees are outlined below and payments can be made in a number of ways:

Payments can be made on the day by cheque, cash, credit card or money order.

We have added one extra way this year by direct deposit into the clubs bank account.

                         child’s registration please put your child's name
                         and age group in the reference space

FEE STRUCTURE 2012

*Full fee payment must be paid before your child starts training/plays

Notes:

1. Ages 6 to 16 purchase their own strip to keep which includes shorts
   
   
2. Seniors and YD’S will be making a pro rata payment on playing strip which the Club will retain for three seasons
   
   
3. FMNC fees include insurance and other compulsory payments set by FMNC
   
   
4. Club Fees may include the payments for trophies, lights, referees and other administrative costs
   
   
5. Socks will remain the same Navy ones as last year, and new ones can be purchased for $10.00
   
   
6. The club has second hand soccer boots which may be purchased for a minimal cost on registration day
